    Fulgence, known as YEGOTI Koffi, is a self-motivated and a result-oriented person, passionate about the development of Africa and anything linked to the continent. He believes that the change and development Africa is aspiring to experience is embedded in Transformational Education and Leadership. Hence his passion in acquiring and imparting knowledge into Africans got hold of the steering wheel of his life.

    He had the privilege as a bilingual teacher (French-English) to train thousands of students from various parts of the world such as Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Niger, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo, Cameroun, Djibouti, Mauritania, Chad, Libya, Morocco, Turkey, Belgium, France to mention but a few.

    He also trained Very Important Personalities such as Doctors, lawyers, engineers, CEOs,  accountants, journalists, university lecturers, aviation personnel, to mention just a few, from renowned and international Institutions such as the Ministry of Health of Burkina Faso, UNESCO-Mali, Red Cross, BCEAO (Central Bank of West African States), TULLOW-Gabon, SightSavers-Mali&Guinea, EDG-Guinea (National Electricity Company of Guinea), SODEXAM, Civil Aviation Authority of Côte d’Ivoire, MINUSCA-Central Africa Republic, GIZ (German International Cooperation) etc.

    Again he trained students from renowned institutions such as University Félix Houphouët Boigny of Côte d’Ivoire, Pentecost University – Côte d’Ivoire, INE – Benin (Institut National de l’Eau), LBS – Togo (Lomé Business School), 2IE – Burkina Faso (Institut International d’Ingénierie de l’Eau et de l’Environnement)

    Moreover, he had the honour not only to sit in academic decision making boards, but also he has headed academic departments and committees.

    Besides, with his project management skills and competence, he has piloted many Academic, appraisal, upgrade, restructuring, renovation and revolutionary projects within the institutions he worked with.

    Fulgence started his teaching career at Emills International School in 2012 and as time elapsed, he joined many other institutions such as Clever Child Academy, Pat Goshen Academy, Dean Academy, Macedonia Methodist School, Language World and Computer College, BT Institute, SOPODIVA Training Centre, to mention a few.

    After his Diploma in French Literature in Côte d’Ivoire, he took English Language courses at the University of Côte d’Ivoire and exited after the 2nd year to Accra-Ghana where he obtained a Certificate in Microsoft Office and Business Administration, a Certificate in Education-Effective Teaching and Learning in The Classroom, a Degree in Theology with 1st Class honours, an e.MBA in Project and Event Management and in Business Administration.

    In 2016, he was awarded a Certificate of participation in “Business Opportunities Within Christendom”

    In 2017 he was awarded a Certificate of Honour in recognition and appreciation of his contribution towards “the Development of Africa Via Education and Skills Training of the Youth”.

    In 2019, his hard work and contribution in promoting education was acknowledged and he was promoted Senior Language Consultant.

    In December 2019 he was acknowledged and awarded a certificate of appreciation for his exceptional and unique performance, contribution and commitment toward the cause of “building nations and transforming countries” through leadership, innovation, fortitude and excellence”

    Fulgence is a lecturer, a teacher, a coach, a trainer in capacity building and public speaking, a Project and Event manager, a lay interpreter and translator, and above all a servant of God Almighty.

    David-Living is a visionary who believes that self-development must not be limited to academics alone and that every good skill/ talent/ passion an individual has must be developed. He is fluent in English and French and also has some profiency in Chinese language (HSK 2A), Spanish as well as three West African languages (Ewe, Akan and Ga).
    He is a versatile professional with deep passion in the study and use of languages. He holds a diploma in modern languages from University of Strasbourg, France. 2015, In Strasbourg, he played the lead role of Cyrano de Bergerac in the maiden edition of the modern language department’s drama production dubbed Prothelan (projet de théâtre en langues), where proceeds were donated to charity. Serving as the Organizer of the International Ghanaian Youth Movement in Strasbourg (IGYMS), he contributed to ensuring the welfare of Ghanaian students in Strasbourg and providing a platform for Ghanaians in the diaspora to contribute their quota to Ghana’s development.
    Also an alumnus of the University of Ghana, he has a Bachelor of Arts’ degree in French and Linguistics, and a Master of Arts degree in Conference Interpreting, certified by the Pan-African Masters Consortium in Interpretation and Translation and supported by the Interpretation directorates of the European Union and the United Nations Office in Nairobi. After the training to become an Interpreter, he worked with the Directorate for Conference Management and Publications of the African Union Commission as an Intern, giving him a lot of exposure in the early days of his career.
    David-Living has been practising as a Conference Interpreter and Translator since 2019 and has covered meetings and completed translation projects in a wide range of thematic areas such as health, education, politics, agriculture, security, culture, to mention but a few.
    In addition to all these he is a song writer, professional MC and Voice over talent who believes in UNITY and the importance of youth and women empowerment to achieving the Africa we want.

    George Ayeh Bekoe is the Head of Administration, Communications & Logistics of SOPODIVA Training Centre.

    He holds an MBA in IT Security Management and BBA Business Administration from Swiss Management Centre University, Switzerland. He is also an accredited Stocks and Securities Analyst by the Ghana Stock Exchange (G.S.E). Also, he holds and HND Science Laboratory Technology from the Accra Technical University.

    He has previously worked with the Presbyterian Church of Ghana as an Administrative Officer, Wisconsin University College as Facilities Manager and Ridge Hospital (Greater Accra Regional Hospital) as a Laboratory Technologist.

    With a Bachelor Degree in Administration since 2000, a Master Degree in Socio-Economics of Environment in 2006, a diploma in Marketing and Business Communication in 2009, a Master of Arts in Conference Interpreting in 2019 (English and French combination) just to mentioned few of his qualifications, Serge Sourou OGA is among fearless, dynamic, young, entrepreneurial people who believe that Unity is key to the development of Africa. After 10 years of career with Sub-regional Projects, Ministries, Private organizations and GiZ/ECOWAS, he initiated SOPODIVA in 2009. Since then, with the support of a team he organized, for more than 10 years he has sacrificed all his skills and abilities to train, coach and orient hundreds of students and professionals in their studies and careers to add value to the continent he believes will do well with a good human capital.

    Married to Bernadette, he has 5 children, hence his passion for children and the youth in general. Under his guidance SOPODIVA designed special programmes to groom the young generations during long vacations to be the leaders Africa is craving for. He strongly claims that Africa will make it faster if the youth is ready to be well trained, to go beyond the limits set by the artificial borders and languages while sacrificing for the continent. Some definitely need to forget thinking about becoming rich at the expense of the continent that could be self-sufficient. He is the founder of Sopodiva for which he sacrifices all his energy and dedication to make it a model of achievement many young people can emulate.

    Open minded he will give all it takes to help people grow and release their full potential. He is willing to work with young people who share in the same values to collectively contribute their share to a new dawn for Mother Africa. He is passionate about ecotourism, environmental education, wildlife, and constant team-building. His conviction is that everyone has a mission and with God there is no reason why one shouldn’t succeed in their mission.

    Holding among others a Bachelor Degree in Administration obtained at the National School of Administration, a Bachelor in Law, A diploma in Project Management, a Master Degree in Election Management, Emile Codjo MESSANH is a young dedicated African who believe in self initiative and team work as conditions for the development of African Countries

    Over the past twenty (20) years, Emile has been very active with various institutions and organisations such as secondary schools and high education institutions, international trade union organisations (including the ICFTU-AFRO, and Education international), human right organisations (Actionaid International, Coalition for the International criminal court); he has also worked in the framework of elections in various African country for the European Union Commission, the Carter Center, and the Benin Election Commission. Now focusing on Private law in the framework of the Law Firm Maître Francis DAKO in Cotonou, he is still contributing in training and coaching numbers of students and professionals in English through the national office of SOPODIVA training Centre in Benin because he believes that capacity building in English is one of the vehicle to fight against unemployment on the Continent.

    Strongly convinced that all humans are at the image of God, he believes that with faith, commitment and dedication everything is possible. He believes everyone needs to be given a change, and a second chance.

    Holding an Industrial Engineer Degree obtained at the National School of Engineers and a General University Studies Degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Faculty of Science and Technology of Bamako, Ibrahima Sinsé BAGAYOKO is an experienced manager of factories, production, maintenance and logistics.

    The last two (2) decades, Ibrahima worked for about five years in the food factories and almost the same duration in the airports as Deputy Plant Manager, Plant Manager for SOLEA Limited, Deputy Equipment Maintenance Service Manager, Ground Maintenance Equipment Supervisor for the company in charge of Handling at the Malian airports and Operations Manager in Mali for a Spanish Corporate GBFOODS (Gallina Blanca Star). While working for that Spanish Corporate Mister BAGAYOKO realized that English is a must. Then he stopped working for a while and join Sopodiva as learner for a three-month English training in Accra.
    After his English training he worked during 11 months for the international NGO as Fleet Supervisor before going back to the factory he had left as Technical Director.
    In January 2018, Mister BAGAYOKO decided to leave the agribusiness field to be the Manager of Sopodiva Mali, taking care of the Malian office, mainly based on English training and internet marketing. Mister BAGAYOKO is currently helping Malian students and workers to benefit from Sopodiva’s expertise by organizing their English trainings in Bamako and their trip to Accra for their immersion.
